This is a two bedroom second floor condo located in Ocean City. It has a deck with bbq grill, wifi, air conditioning. Additional outside shower. This unit is a short walk to the desirable 14th street boardwalk. Approximately 7 minute walk at a leisure pace. If you're looking for an affordable clean stay in ocean city this is for you. Note this is a "height restricted apartment" as it does have low ceilings. Does have A frame ceiling in Bedrooms so center is the highest point I'm 5'11" and can walk thru. It Can be rented by the week, multiple weeks or for the summer season. If interested in season must be rented early as this unit does rent all weeks in summer for past 10 years.

Fun stay in Ocean City

Sal was a great host who made sure we knew how to check in, what to bring, and that we had everything we needed during our stay. This was a great location, a short walk to the beach, and an easy, fun family trip!

Great stay in Ocean City

My wife, toddler, and dog stayed for 4 days/3 nights for a post-Labor Day getaway. The space is small and as the listing says the ceilings are very low. But, it was a good space with a deck, grill, and is a relatively short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed our weekend.

Nice location

It’s a bit of a walk to the boards and beach but we managed with a 2 year old. It’s about 6 or so blocks from beach and boardwalk. It’s a tiny place but met our needs. I did read reviews about the ceilings before and quickly found out how slanted they were. I probably hit my head at least 10 times. But all in all we had a great time. The owner is great and responsive. If I had to stay again I would.
