When you return from modern DC the historical ambiance, cobblestone paths and quaint shops will make you feel as though you've stepped back in time.
Return to your Colonial-era decorated condo for a quiet evening to unwind. Stroll down King Street for great food and entertainment. There are a host of on-site amenities to keep everyone happy and busy. Gather the family for Movie Night and Bingo. Summer months can be spent at the BBQ cookouts.

Easy access to D.C. and great restaurants on King Street

The facility is the Club Wyndham - Old Town Alexandria. We had a two-bedroom unit with a king in the master and two beds in the second bedroom. It was perfect for our family of four. The furniture was in great shape and the beds comfortable. The A/C wasn’t cooling enough for us, and their Maintenance team fixed it that same day. The onsite Concierge was very helpful with D.C. tours and restaurant coupons. The Alexandria, VA location can’t be beat! It’s a two-minute walk to the Metro train with easy access into Washington, D.C. There are many restaurants and shops on King St. Since you’ll probably be tired of walking in D.C., you can take the free King Street Trolley all the way up and down King St. Also, the Alexandria city bus (DASH) is now free. There is a great Safeway grocery about a mile west on King St. We had a small problem at check-in. Our seven-night stay with VRBO was split into two reservations at Club Wyndham. They said we might have to switch rooms mid-week. Fortunately, they were not very full and arranged it so we could stay in the same room for our whole stay. Will stay here for all our Washington, D.C. trips.
