2 Bedroom 2nd floor Apartment, Sleeps , 7 1st BR has a New double bed with TV, 2nd BR is a 6 year old double and a single. LR has a Queen size sofa bed , sheets and towels not provided (If requested addition cost of $25). Large sun deck with furniture , 2 car off street parking, W/D, AC in each room, ceiling fans in each room,shared yard with owner, shared grill with owner, outside shower. WiFi, available seasonal, monthly and weekly. Nice for small family There is a security deposit the amount depends on length of stay which is refundable ($50 or $100) Pet fee non refundable ($50, or $100) depending on length of stay

We were in town for the weekend for a wedding. This was perfect for our needs! It’s dated, but exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings and in the morning. Would definitely rent again. No complaints.

Great location and comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is quaint and in a great, safe location. We could walk to the beach and to breakfast. The beach is amazing, with powdery sand, and there is a playground for the kids on the way there. The house was clean and the owner was responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and home stayed cool with lots of AC options and fans. It was nice to be able to bring our dog, have a yard, deck, and also do laundry. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for sharing your home, we miss it already.

Another great weekend!

This was our second time staying at Bruce’s place. We love the fenced-in yard for our dogs. Bruce is very accommodating and communicative. Would recommend for anyone traveling with pups!

We really enjoyed our stay (4 kids, 2 adults and our dog) at Bruce's place! Great location! It's about a 10-15 min walk to beach and Sunset Park (playground, splash pad and bike rentals). The apartment was simple, clean and had a large deck with a table and chairs. The fenced in backyard was a plus with our dog!

Nothing fancy but we don't need fancy! There were a couple bedrooms, a kitchen area, good water pressure in the shower . So we were happy. The gentleman who owned the property was involved and supportive...he even helped Give us advice on how to get out of the area during rush hour. Overall a good stay if you're looking for just a quiet setting, not directly in the hype of the city.

Perfect Spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Wildwood. The place was very clean and we could not have asked for a better host than Bruce. He was there to answer any questions we may have had and also provided some nice tips for my family and I to do while on vacation. High recommend Bruce and his place to stay!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a cozy unit just blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms which slept 5 of us. I also brought my 2 dogs and they enjoyed the large deck and fenced in yard. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry right in the unit. I’d definitely stay again.

Just what we needed!

This is a great little place to stay! We needed a pet friendly place close to the beach. The outdoor seating areas and fenced in yard can’t be beat. Our dog loved running around out back. Short walk to the beach. Host provides a lot of essentials for cooking and cleaning, and is very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Simple stay

Originally rented so I could bring my dog but we ended up not bringing the dog. Brought 2 toddlers and the space was simple, and inexpensive. Exactly what we needed. The gentleman that owned it was extremely nice. No complaints at all.

Great cozy area two blocks from the beach

Apartment was great and close to the beach. Bruce was awesome and super friendly as were the neighbors and even offered to let us borrow his bikes. Bruce was an awesome host. Lived right downstairs and prepared to answer or help with anything we needed. Our pups also enjoyed free use of the backyard and deck was awesome for some yoga. Thanks again Bruce!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
