This is truly the best of the best as it was recently renovated and every item in the house is brand new.

You can settle in quite comfortably with its gourmet kitchen open to the dining room and living room perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fit for a chef with gas burner stove top, high-end appliances and all that is needed to whip up a dinner from the Gulf of Mexicos finest seafood. Downstairs is the living room with flat screen TV, quaint dining room, 1/2 bath, and kitchen. The nicely shaded back patio has outdoor space for grilling out while enjoying the lush landscape of Florida's native palms. There is a grill and patio set provided for your enjoyment.

Going up the rustic wood stairway, you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with pillow top King bed and mounted flat panel TV. There is plenty of closet space for two and an adjoining master bathroom with stand up shower. Located off the master bedroom is a covered back deck perfect for sipping morning coffee before hitting the white sandy beaches. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second bathroom upstairs for the guests with a tub/shower combination.

Great kitchen, good location

This was a corporate type of rental, the type without the boardgames, books, or flour, salt and pepper. We knew that going so were prepared. The place was pretty clean except the floors could use a mopping. The kitchen was nice and pretty well appointed with quality large and small appliances, including a gas stove! When we showed up there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in the house. The owner responded quickly and brought us more. We also had issues with the ceiling fans and no hot pads and the owner was very responsive. As for the negatives, which we did not tell the property owner about while we were there: 1. The master bed needs a new mattress. There were depressions on each side which made it uncomfortable. The kids said their beds, including the pullout couch, were comfortable. 2. The kitchen while well appointed needs a couple of things: a. The square griddle was melted in the middle and had a divot and was unusable. b. The knife set provided was dull and cheap. c. A six quart covered skillet would be very useful. d. There were non-stick pans provided but no plastic spatula, only a metal spatula so we ended up scraping the non-stick pans. e. There were no dry measuring cups, only a liquid measuring cup. The mattress was probably the biggest issue while the rest were minor inconveniences. Easily a five star if those items are addressed. The unit also had a lot of light switches and some labels would have been helpful. Oh, and if you're using the upstairs hall bathroom for a shower, you have to pull down on the ring on the tub diverter spout. I have never seen one like that before.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed in this unit for a week in July, 2014 and had an amazing time. The unit looks exactly as pictured. It is roomy and clean. Comes equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We even meet some of the neighbors who were very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit for your vacation. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all probably about a 4 minute walk if that. The pool by the beach is large enough and not often packed when we went to it. A great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The area is quiet and well maintained. We had a blast!! Thank you :)
