Luxury barn accomodation, riding facilities, stables and yards
Your hosts, Sally and David, have been on the property for 20 odd years and in the area for 30. Not quite locals yet, as there are numerous descendents of First Fleeters in the area. Sally is an Equestrian Federation Level 2 Instructor, who has spent her life around horses. Sally operates the equestrian activities, so if you are interested in riding trails or lessons get in contact before your arrival. There are a number of school horses, but Sally will need to match your skill level to the available horses. We have performance horses that are not suitable for beginners or novices. Remeber, you are welcome to bring your own horse. David works for the man, but enjoys gardening and maintaining the property on the weekend. We will generally be able to meet you on arrival and will do our best to ensure you enjoy your stay.
Why Owner chose Ebenezer
This is unique. For those with a horse... For those who keep your horse in the city, this is a chance to get fresh air, utilize the riding facilities, watch your horse grazing from your bed. For those that want to ride... If you want rising lessons, we have some performance horses that are not suitable for beginners or novices. You need to talk to Sally prior to booking as for safety reasons you will not be able to ride if we cannot match your skills to an available horse For those that can think of nothing worse... Enjoy the fresh air, try the walking trails, visit the winery, see the sights, fish, kayak, sit and read the paper, stay in bed

Very comfortable, classy decor yet amazing value for money - with horses & a farm to wake up to!
Perfect for myself & my two cockatiel birds, but would comfortably accommodate a family of two adults + two (in the loft that may get hot in summer without the fan provided). Adequate mobile reception with Wifi on request (I understand). Two friendly dogs & sounds of horses being fed in the morning gave this a lovely country escape feel. I slept like a log in the very nice main bed - no traffic noise to disturb one's rest. Average 40min run to Castlehill on good roads.
Lovely peaceful location

What a unique and beautiful spot this is - tucked away but close to lots of interesting sights and the stunning Hawkesbury River. Thanks David and Sally for a very comfortable and nicely appointed space.
Great property and welcoming owners.
We had a great weekend away with our dog. It’s a beautiful little house built by the owner, which they are very welcome and friendly.
Nice to explore the property to see the horses, they are beautiful.
The place was more than what I expected.
It’s was nice to visit the towns close by and do the track walking.
Definitely I’ll go back.
It was great having Fernanda and Gavin stay for the weekend. I am so pleased they enjoy the beauty and ruggedness of the Hawkesbury.
I look forward to hosting them again, there is so much more to see and do.
