Luxurious 1BR Retreat at Landmark Resort!
Wake up to the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and have coffee on the patio. My place is located on the second floor of Landmark Resort with very easy access, no need to take stairs or the elevator. Access through the lobby or hallway on the side. Resort offers great water amenities!
The space:
The unit is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with your friends. Fully painted, new wood-looking floors were installed, and modern and stylish furniture was added to change the look from the usual hotel condo to more modern and unique. It also features a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. It features remodeled full kitchen with granite countertops, large flat-screen TV in the bedroom as well as the living room. There is 1 king-size bed in the bedroom and another full-size Murphy bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Landmark Resort is well known for its amazing water amenities. There are numerous indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, kids' pool areas, and more. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by a third-party company and not by the resort.
Guest access:
Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center.
The water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort but is owned by a third-party company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.
Other things to note:

- Must be 21 to book.
-Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100.00 fee.
-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog-friendly suites.)
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it as you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.
Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Travelers must cancel by 11:59 pm on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check-in) to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.*
Thank you for understanding and agreeing to the house rules and cancellation policy.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

I am a mother of three great boys who enjoys traveling and hosting travelers from around the world. I started by managing my own properties and over the past few years have grown into a sizable property management company. At Coastal Properties, our properties are privately owned by either me or my clients and are all very well taken care of. Providing great customer service through quick communication is our high priority.
Why they chose this property
This is our first ocean front property at a resort. We have stayed at Landmark many times before as guests. We have always had fun with our kids at the water park and love the fact that the beach in the resort area is not as crowded as the north side of Myrtle Beach. It has always been a special time for us, so we are very happy about our new acquisition. We hope you will make great memories here, too.

What makes this property unique
Not a usual hotel room. Our Villa is the place where we spend time with our family, and we put personal touch to this place to make it our own. We have changed the bed spreads and wall art from what you see in these pictures to make it modern and our style. The updated pictures are coming soon, as these were taken right before the purchase was final and we could not make changes back then. With this unit not being part of the Landmark rental program, you deal with the owners directly and get best of all guest service straight from the owner and family. We want you to have great time and we are very responsive and easy to communicate with and we have guests reviews from our other properties to prove this. Please ask us and we will show them all to you.
