Arlington stay

Check-in was very easy. Home was exactly like the photos. The home was clean and stocked with all the essentials! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We will stay here again when traveling to the Dallas area. Our host, Debbie was very responsive.

Grandparents traveling together

We were visiting grandchildren in the area and especially appreciated the next door park. The property owner was just lovely to deal with in arranging the visit. The backyard and patio was a great spot for our family.

The available amenities made things simple such as Wi-fi, a dedicated room for fitness inside of the Masters bed room, a large bathroom that would accommodate two individuals and the kitchen area was comfortable and roomy along with a small breakfast area and bar sitting. The resident is in a delineated area where you have all of the things you need at your finger tip. Lastly, all room and bathroom were clean and nice. This is definitely my home away from home...this is not my first time using this property. Once a year a few friends and I get together for a week of touring DFW and enjoying a Dallas Cowboy game at AT&T Stadium we elect this Arlington property because it fits all of our need and the back yard is a great place to meditate and relax. I just want to say thank you to Debbie for her availability and assistance.

Very comfortable property

Really large 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. TVs in each bedroom and downstairs. All towels, linens and almost every amenity you could need and great wifi. It suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults and one child. Stayed 7 nights and price was very reasonable

Perfect spot in Arlington

This was the perfect location to stay. From the beautiful house to the beautiful themed bedrooms, this by far is the best place that we have stayed at. The owner was super responsive for whatever questions we had and was fantastic about getting back to us. She really knows how to take care of her guests. We had no complaints and enjoyed this home for the week we stayed in Arlington. I look forward to staying here again in the future for future visits!!

Great location with plenty of room!

We had a weekend trip to celebrate my cousin and her fiance. The house was spacious and able to accomodate 2 couples and host a small dinner party (3 couples). Plenty of supplies to cook and share a meal with family. Debbie, the host, was very responsive to any questions and expectations. I would definitely rebook this property.

Bachelor weekend

House was easy to find, perfect for our group (6 college aged guys). There are 3 beds upstairs and one bedroom contains a fold out couch and the master bedroom may also contain a fold out couch but we didn’t end up needing it. Large couch in living room can also comfortably sleep at least 2. Overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet neighborhood close to everything

Beautiful home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, spacious and had everything that you could need. The backyard was big and completely fenced in with a nice sitting area. We had to request to come in a day early at the last minute and Deborah was so sweet and let us do that. There are shops and restaurants very close and we were a 20 minute Uber ride to Fort Worth and 30 minutes from AT&T Stadium. We would definitely recommend this home.

House needs updating

The house is old and not clean. The kitchen drawers were filthy. The refrigerator and freezer shelves were not clean. Dust bunnies everywhere. Base boards and floor dirty. It needs a deep clean. We left after one night when the tv audio wouldn’t work. There were glade air fresheners everywhere, which is do strong. Bathrooms were clean. Location is ok…thought At&T stadium and Dickies Center were closer but that was my own fault. Not many good restaurants close by. Very disappointed.

House was prefect size for the 8 of us. 5 adults 3 kids. Lots of extra linens and kitchenware- sometimes with big groups it can be a struggle but this house was prepared! Backyard was a great place to unwind after our busy baseball game schedule each night. Littles enjoyed the few outdoor toys that were available. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to lack of attention to details. Lots of dust on ceiling vents, under the couch and blinds haven’t been dusted in ages. Touch surfaces, bathrooms and bedrooms were visibly clean, bed linens were clean. Just the little details lacking.

We had a very nice stay. The bedrooms are roomy and the living areas are big enough to allow us to all spend time together comfortably.There was a moldy smell in the primary bathroom, coming from the shower when we arrived. Luckily there were candles and they pretty much took care of the smell. We have stayed here before and there was not a problem. The smell may just accummulate in between guest stays. We would stay there again, but it was a minor issue.
