Gateway Grand 1203 Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool,

Gateway Grand 1203 is a side, south facing condo in a luxury oceanfront building on 48th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This three bedroom, three bath unit is decorated in soothing, beachy colors throughout and offers a comfortable living area, separate dining area and breakfast bar, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. To keep you connected during your stay, the owner provides a 65" wall-mounted smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a TV equipped with an Amazon firestick. A YouTube subscription is available on each TV and all of the streaming services are loaded and ready for you to log in. Sleeping up to nine guests, the bed sizes include a king and a single in the primary, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a pyramid bunk with a trundle in the 3rd bedroom;( pyramid is 1 full size bed and 2 single beds). The building features great amenities including a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large oceanfront sundeck and more. The owner provides access to their storage locker on the mezzanine level with some beach equipment. There is also a private luggage cart kept in the unit's laundry room to be used during guest's stay.
Note this luggage cart must be returned to the condo or a $200 charge will be incurred. Owner also provides sheets and towels to all guests, but guests must provide their own soap and paper products, Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days all season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
