Not the cleanest place!

We do not recommend this location until it has a major deep clean. The floors need a good vacuum and steam clean tile and carpets. Also, it needs normal maintenance done. Lots of fan fixtures did not have working lightbulbs. There were shorts in the lights on the wall in the bedroom on the main floor. The blinds covering the front window were broken and did not close all the way down.

Disney Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We especially enjoyed the splash pool! It was larger than we had expected. The townhouse was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to have more washcloths. We only received 3, so had to buy an extra. But no biggie. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great space!

The kids loved their room and willingly went to bed each night! The star ceiling night light helped along with the character bedding! The pac man game was a special treat that helped kill time when waiting on us “big kids” to get ready to walk out the door! The pool heater was just the right temp for a rainy cold weekend for us to jump in at night when we got home. We will return for sure!!

Dirty! Pick a different home in Windsor Hills

This home was dirty! When I contacted the property manager about it, there was no response. When I contacted the home agency, they said they were going to email him to get back to me. Never did. I was afraid to let my 10 months old crawl around on the floors because they were so gross. It clearly had not been vacuumed. We were only left one extra garbage bag when we were told garbage has to be taken daily. The pool was dirty! We paid a hundred dollars extra to have our pool heated for our kids and the floor of the pool was grimey. There were floating shards of the old beach mats that were laid out in front of the pool floating around the whole time. We cleaned it out many times. The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain properly so it cause it to be extremely slippery. The oven screen didn't work. The joystick on ms.pacman was broken. There were lights and lamps without any light bulbs. Poolside chairs cracked and broken. Window shades were broken. Food stuck to all the potholders. Broken corner of the ottoman so when you sat on it, you would sink. The couch stunk. The list goes on. Everything in the home was very used and not kept up. Everything had some sort of little problem that had an easy fix but the property manager is too lazy to do so. Windsor hills itself is a beautiful place! Find a different home in the neighborhood to rent! The community pool was great and super warm! The staff there were amazing and friendly! Great little convince store with tasty food!
