About this property

Steps to the Gulf & Amazing View - A103, WiFi & Boat Docks

The Gulf of Mexico is only 100 ft. from your private sand beach and lanai entrance. Listen to the surf also from your master bedroom. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching the sunset. During the day you can see dolphins, kite-boarding and sea birds. This unit has all the comforts of home plus a full size washer and dryer. The tiled floors are easy to maintain with the sand right outside your lanai door for the children to play or for you to catch the sun's rays. The king master bedroom has a private bath with walk-in shower and the guest room can enjoy a separate bath with tub. The unit features a king bed, two twins, and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a large HDTV and there are sliding doors leading to the lanai that you can shut to enjoy the Gulf Breeze on the lanai while maintaining air conditioning in the interior of the unit. The kitchen has been newly remodeled with a tiled back splash along with a variety of small appliances. Dedicated high speed internet is included & free boat docks, though trailers are stored off property.

Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key Gulf Front! Sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon which leads to Sarasota Bay, you can enjoy sunning or fishing from the Gulf or Lagoon or kayaking and paddle boarding. Our Siesta Key location on the island’s south end features the best shelling on the island as well. The Gulf waters are only 150 feet from your beachfront lanai. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your apartment’s private terrace or directly on the beach.

You can walk south along our beachfront and enjoy at least one mile of undeveloped property. Continue on if you wish for many miles of serenity to Casey Key.

Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the boat docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.

Each unit features cable television, wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, a clubhouse with library, shuffleboard court, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking.

NO Pets allowed.

The on-site office staff is there to be of service.

Dine at several excellent restaurants within walking distance, or drive to Crescent Beach approximately 2.5 miles north where there is a grocery and other stores and restaurant options. The Siesta Key Village is approximately 7 miles distance on the island. Off island trips bring you to diverse neighborhoods and shopping and dining areas within a 15 to 30 minute drive.

Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key, is adjacent to Turtle Beach with picnic area, grills and boat ramp. You will drive through Turtle Beach Park to our gated community – leaving the traffic behind. Our south end of Siesta Key is known as the quieter end of the island and has a laid back feel. The action on the northern end is available via free trolley service or thru one of the free ride services that work for tips.

While you are here, you will want to visit Siesta Key Public Beach and put your toes in the world famous white sand which consists of 99% pure quartz, ultimately derived from the southern Appalachians. Over millennia, rivers carried the grains of sand into the Gulf of Mexico and south along Florida’s coast. Those quartz grains are fine, without any coral or shell fragments, which results in sand with a soft, flour-like texture.

Sarasota is known as the Cultural Center of Florida with many live theaters and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit is the Ringling Campus with the State Art Museum of Florida, the Circus Museum and Ca’ d’Zan Mansion on Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is another very special attraction in Sarasota for both adults and children.

Another great vacation!!!!
We had a great trip! We loved walking out to the beach, you can’t beat the view. We also enjoy being on turtle beach and away from the crowd of siesta key. We actually saw a turtle this trip which everyone was excited about. We rented a fishing rod from CB’s and had lots of fun catching fish from the beach. The condo is dated would be nice if they got some new outdoor furniture, our bathroom was leaky but other than that we had no complaints. Highly recommend rented a boat for the day, we had fun on the sandbar and seeing dolphins and swimming in the ocean. So sad to leave but we will be back soon!!

Great spot!
Clean, well done, cozy. Fantastic access to the beach and the docks and the free trolly to downtown. Spotless insides and clearly cared for. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. We're going again ... for sure!
