This completely renovated condo on Hutchinson Island overlooks the Atlantic Ocean from its lofty location on the 9th floor. The condo consists of two bedrooms, two baths, open concept stainless steel kitchen with breakfast nook, living room with large sectional couch, and dining room. Master bath has an ensuite bath with rain shower head.
Large slider doors in master bedroom open to balcony. Living room sliders also open to balcony where there is a nice set up for al fresco dining.
Smart TV in armoire in living as well as smaller smart tv in guest bedroom
Use of two outdoor swimming pools, both heated, jacuzzi, gym, Recreation Room, ping pong table, and billiard table. Social Room has WIFI and large screen tv. Can reserve for parties or just join in the fun.

My husband and I are transplanted New Yorkers who raised their children in Coral Gables as well as the beaches of Hutchinson Island. We love to travel and are presently purchasing a home in Italy.
Why they chose this property
This property is special as we have many, many memories of our children growing up here, hosting their friends through the years as well as family reunions.
The beach is private so you are never 'cheek to jowl' with other sun worshipers!!!!
Jensen Beach has a small town feel but offers sophisticated dining at the same time. Nearby town of Stuart offers lots to do as well.

Each time we arrive and open the shutters to see and hear the Atlantic Ocean we are at once transported to a feeling of well being and relaxation.
