A truly unique 400 sqm villa with huge garden situated half-way between the Old Quarter and the beach. Surrounded by rice fields the house is built with nature and climate in mind. A constant breeze, large glass doors, and an eco-friendly design give you unhindered access to the rural surroundings. The ground floor has an open plan with indoor atrium creating an airy and bright atmosphere. The house doesn't require air-conditioning although ceiling fans are strategically placed.
