Lake Louisa Chateau is the ONLY VRBO in the WORLD to feature its own theme park style nightly laser light show over water!

Everything is sports, games & leisure themed with incredible, over-the-top interactive gaming.
There's a bowling/skeeball bedroom that literally GLOWS and a ski lodge bedroom that actually SNOWS (via custom-made false windows)....
Watch free nightly Disney fireworks from the screened boathouse or dock, and the wildlife sanctuary during the day, listening to the choir of bullfrogs or watching ducks, hawks or maybe an otter, walking down the 1/4 mile boardwalk to a gorgeous boathouse on the Clermont chain of lakes.
Every reservation includes at least 2 hours worth of free demo use of the motorized watercraft and additional time can be added upon request.
The main kitchen is a chef's delight with all granite countertops, custom cabinets, subzero refrigerator/freezer, all new stainless appliances with large island cooktop and retractable vent.
Private campfire bowl with lots of seating. Shuffle =board, pickleball, basketball on court area, close to horse shoe pit. Citrus grove with avocados, lime, lemon, orange, grapefruit and cherry trees....
Only 10 minutes from shopping & restaurants, 35-40 minutes to most major theme parks!
**For permission to have events of up to 110 people...(and similar special events), there is an additional charge of $995-$2895 which is waived if you stay 7 nights or more** (Fee is in tiers depending on how many guests above 50 you're requesting)..
Cancellation policy : All cancellations are subject to $285 fee. Cancellations <120 days prior to arrival result in forfeiture of deposit. This overrides the pre-fab VRBO 60 day policy. It's essential as we need at least 120 days to re-book a property of this size and caliber (guests tend to plan in advance and not book homes like this "last minute")

He's headed a non-profit Global Rescue & Relief organization and he authored the book "First Response: Change Your World Through Acts Of Love." Sherri, is a hard working nurse practitioner, dedicated mom, and has put much time & energy into the estate and the family's other endeavors. Having travelled rather extensively, both David & Sherri know what it takes to help make your vacation fantastic! One or both of them will greet you for check-in and show you around the property with as little or as much background info as you like! Whether you want to be left alone to enjoy the acreage in complete privacy or you want Dave & Sherri to organize some outings like taking you on his swamp buggy for a marshlands tour, you'll find the level of service at the Chateau will absolutely exceed your expectations.
