Just a short walking distance to Boulder Bay Park for fishing, swimming or paddle boarding.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, private bath, and deck. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - This home offers a smart TV with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.

OUTDOORS - Multiple decks with chairs. Heated swimming pool and hot tub, available year-round.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Next to Boulder Bay

Quiet location close Boulder Bay. Short walk to kayak rentals paddle board rentals, convenientce store and a restaurant. The unit is older and could use a little freshening up.

No a pleasant stay.

Outside light wasn’t working.No washer or dryer. Small tv with only basic channels. Fair WiFi. People who was above of my condo was so noisy all night. Not coming back. For the price that I paid not worth it.

So very sorry that this was never responded to. Somehow it just came through. Sorry that the outside light didn't work. We do have maintenance on staff 24/7 , so pls always feel comfortable calling. We have many properties with washer/dryer and some without. We'll get you one with it next time if you want. Let us know you're a return guest, and we do offer a 10% discount. Happy 2020!
