3. Continue straight to Nea Potidea and at 7 km is the village of Nea Fokea.

Four apartment 55 square meters and one apartment 110 square meters (large maisonette).
Each house of 50 square meters consist of :
Living room (with sofa bed - accommodates two persons) , fully equipped kitchen and two bedroom's (one with double bed and one with two twin bed) and WC (laundry massing)

Two Large maisonette 110 square meters consist of :
Ground floor : living room, fully equipped kitchen , separate dining room , WC
First floor : three bedrooms ( two rooms with double bed and one room with two twin bed), WC
DEPOSIT : 30%
CANCELLATION POLICE : If canceled or modified up to 60 days before arrival will be charged. If canceled or modified later or for "no-show" will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation.
30% of the total amount will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Guest will be expect to leave the house as they found (clean and well ordered)
- Upon request cleaning services can be offered for an additional fee of 50 euro per day
- Smoking is not allowed inside
- Guest will be expected to keep from making loud noises that wold disturb other people's peach and quiet .
