Our guests will have at their complete disposal 2 bicycles to move easily into the city and explore the coast! You may easily find a park for your car in the neighbourhood and forget it for the rest of your stay!
* B22 * is the ideal place to immerse yourself in the local lifestyle, in just a few steps you will have the best of Apulia: food, history, nature and sea!

THE SPACE
In the center of Monopoli, located on the ground floor of a historical house, in a quiet area with easy and free parking, even if only 100 meters away from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the large square from where you may have access to the beautiful historic center.

Fully renovated with attention to design and care of details, the house is located on the ground floor and is equipped with every comfort.

In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed that can easily accommodate up to 4 people.

The loft is also a few meters far from the train station and the bus stop for local transportation in the nearest towns and attractions, as well as beaches.

Great modern apartment in Monopoli

The apartment was great, had everything we needed and had a clean modern design. good communication and really helpful recommendations from Sergio. Walking distance from the old town and great value, would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We found parking difficult, there is limited parking all around the area, but we always found parking in the back streets the other side of the square.

Studio à quelques mètres du centre historique et de la mer (10 mn à pied). Photos conformes à l'aménagement, parking à proximité. Nous avons passé 4 nuits et écouté les conseils de visite et restaurants donnés par Sergio, le propriétaire, chaleureux et accueillant.
