About this property

Just 25 minutes from Murcia Airport or just over an hours drive from Alicante. Privately owned family villa in La Manga Club with Wifi, 20 yards from one of the nine El Rancho pools, which has a separate children's paddling pool. The villa on two floors is spacious and airy with easy access.It is child friendly with a lot of equipment provided free of charge.Please see list below. There are no steep steps to the villa and parking is virtually adjacent to the villa.Full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer months and heated in winter.The villa is 5 minutes from nearby Bars and Restaurants and 10-15 minutes walk from the Tennis Centre.The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/1 cloakroom. The large extended terrace, with an awning over the table, has views of the Mar Menor's beach in the distance. We do ask that smoking is only on the terraces and not inside. Pets are not allowed.

Childrens equipment is provided free of charge: If you have children you don't want a long transfer time or to pack lots of kit. We have most of the things you will need - and those you would want. We provide two travel cots with proper matresses (with twins in mind) stair gates,two high chairs, booster seats, steam steriliser, listening monitor,bed guards,plastic plates and cutlery,potties, bath mats,changing mat and pool toys . There are DVD's and games for all ages.The supermarket in the Club and locally all have nappies and baby food/milk.

Summer family holidays

The villa was so nice with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. It is set in a beautiful location and just a few minutes walk from some lovely restaurants that sold great food at reasonable prices. The bedrooms in the villa were great and all amenities were at hand. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The communication from the owner was first class and would love to go here again. Thank you so much for letting us use your villa

Great family holiday.

Our villa was well equipped with everything that we needed. Communication from Sue was amazing. We had lots of helpful information about where to visit and how to get the most out of our holiday and the recommendations never failed us. We had an amazing 2 week stay and would not hesitate to go back.

A lovely return visit to La Manga Club

Great experience from start to finish. Sue’s been helpful throughout with regular communication. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the villa and all of its amenities as well as those at La Manga Club.
