An outside common area, offers a gas barbecue and a multitude of walking and biking trails.

While staying at the condo, you'll have access to the Torreon facilities ($50 membership transfer fee applies but EXCLUDES golf itself) that have something for everyone, as the amenities for golfers (if you have Troon Prive or other golf privileges), non-golfers and families are equally impressive. Having the ability to choose from the Family Center with outdoor activities as well as an Arcade and Movie Room, Junior Golf Course, catch-and-release fishing pond, well equipped fitness center, pool, spa, Equestrian Center and a great restaurant at the clubhouse… your only question will be how do we fit it all in?

All located in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona - one of the exceptional four seasons communities. Please note that this rental does not provide the private golf club privileges. In order to play at the Torreon golf courses one needs to be either a member of Troon Prive or other sister golf courses or have friends at the club. We do not possess shareable golf membership privileges.

This rental does not have cable or satellite TV with local news channels. It does however have an Apple TV and ROKU TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO GO, ESPN and a large collection of DVDs with various movies. ROKU TV does possess a number of Apps with news channels but it’s not like watching regular cable or satellite TV.
