Open concept living space with a fantastic covered deck offers great views of the pine forest and a beautiful golf course. The two well appointed bedrooms and two full baths are perfect for family and friends as they are furnished for a weekend-long get away or a longer term stay. An outside common area, offers a gas barbecue and a multitude of walking and biking trails.

While staying at the condo for a month or longer only, you'll have access to the Torreon facilities (we cover the Club House transfer fee of $475 but it EXCLUDES golf itself) that have something for everyone, as the amenities for golfers (if you have Troon Prive or other golf privileges), non-golfers and families are equally impressive. Having the ability to choose from the Family Center with outdoor activities as well as an Arcade and Movie Room, Junior Golf Course, catch-and-release fishing pond, well equipped fitness center, pool, spa, Equestrian Center and a great restaurant at the clubhouse… your only question will be how do we fit it all in?

All located in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona - one of the exceptional four seasons communities. The recreational wonderland known as the White Mountains features one of the larger stands of ponderosa pine in the world. Further complementing that impressive attribute is 600 miles of streams, 40 sparkling clear lakes and nearly 200 miles in trails that can be actively used by outdoor enthusiasts. And Torreon is your gateway to it all!

Come experience the area and the amenities for yourself while enjoying a cozy condo that is furnished and equipped for all your vacationing needs whether it is to escape the heat of the Arizona summer or to enjoy skiing at Arizona’s largest ski area, Sunrise Park Resort – with 11,000 ft. Mt. Baldy – a popular locale for downhill skiing and snowboarding.

Please note that this rental does not provide the private golf club privileges. In order to play at the Torreon golf courses one needs to be either a member of Troon Prive or other sister golf courses or have friends at the club. We do not possess shareable golf membership privileges.

This rental does not have cable or satellite TV with local news channels. It does however have an Apple TV and ROKU TV with YouTubeTV streaming, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO GO, ESPN and a large collection of DVDs with various movies. ROKU TV does possess a number of Apps with news channels but it’s not like watching regular cable or satellite TV.
