PROPERTY DETAILS: The "Garden View" is 1 of 3 residences located in the Beehive- This fully furnished & equipped lower unit has a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, linens, Cable Smart TV & Wi-fi. Spilt unit A/C and central heat. Plus, there is a new Simmons Queen sofa bed for a guest. Each unit in the Beehive has its own private entry, private deck and electric grill. CONTACT US, if you need less or more than 7 days, or your questions aren't answered below. LOCATION: The Beehive is located just off the Portage Trail & near I-90, on the Lake Erie Wine Trail. Its within walking to restaurants, Parkview Cafe, Brazills, Larry's Wings. Near Portage Pie, Banks, library, park, antiques, grocery, and more. An 11 mile drive to the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION. Located in the WINE REGION there is even a LOCAL BREWERY nearby to visit and sample. You can be golfing within 10 minutes, go fishing, go to BARCELONA HARBOR at Lake Erie, Timmermans' for fresh vegetables, the Saturday Green Market, and enjoy many relaxing outdoor activities. RATES: A minimum booking of 4 days will be accepted, if available. Discount rates available for weekly, monthly and off season, rates as shown. Season rentals are Saturday to Saturday but other dates may be available after June.

Fantastic

The property was clean, neat, and user friendly. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and any requests or questions were promptly answered. The proximity to Chautauqua Lake, Lake Erie and Chautauqua made this a great place to stay. It was a home away from home.

Rick and GG, are currently working towards their retirment and currently spend their time between their home in Westfield and their family in Florida. Rick is from Chicago, go Cubs! GG grew up in New York and Florida. There are pictures of our family in the activities photos. Above is a picture of Doc our Sun Conure and Rick's constant companion.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property and saw its potential. We are restoring the property, having already renovated the apartments and most of the house (built in the mid/early 1800's. Our focus now is landscaping, we have a garden our guests are free to help themselves. We've planted trees, blueberries, lillies and many items. Hoping to add a gazebo and hot tub, so come stay and see us grow!

The location. Vineyards, vineyards and more, the concerts, the hiking, easy walk to eats and grocery. Near fishing, the Chautauqua Institute, Niagra Falls, and lots of activities. The air in the summer is often cool at night and warm during the day,
