Spend your time off together at this seaside getaway in the Sand & Sea Condos. Perfect for a family vacation, this fifth-floor condo has a balcony with a partial ocean view and easy access to the beach a few steps away!

Right across the Promenade from this building is the beach - it can't get much closer. Meanwhile, dining and shopping are within walking distance. You don't have to go far for fun!

The modern, spacious living and kitchen areas are lined with large windows offering a spectacular view of Tillamook Head. Enjoy coffee while admiring the sights, then curl up at night in front of the gas fireplace. There's also a TV with a DVD and VCR hookup and free WiFi. The kitchen has a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

One bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom, and there is a private washer/dryer.

The shore is likely beckoning you from the balcony, and it's easy to reach it. Just pick up a paperback and a towel and cross the Promenade. In the evening, walk over to Broadway for a well-deserved dinner.

Comfortable and classy

The home felt clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The kitchen seemed well-enough stocked (although maybe some ziploc bags or saran wrap would be appreciated!). The bed was fairly comfy. It was sagging a little bit but was soft enough that we still slept well.

Great condo very clean and bright. Easy check in and out and easy parking. Walkable to many restaurants and shops and right on the Promenade.

Terrible!

We left within the first 20min of getting there! It was upsetting and a waste of money we did not have to waste! When we got there we were told the pool isn’t working, no wi-fi so we couldn’t watch tv, use our phones nor laptops. This just wasn’t the place for a relaxing vacation. There were several complaints and all they got was we’re sorry hopefully things will get worked on soon. AWFUL! I would never recommend this place.

Fabulous Location

We loved the location and the fact we could walk to everything we wanted to see. The condo set up was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
