OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.

This is a great pace to stay.. beach is just 1 minute away and you can’t beat the view from the back patio. I would give this place a 5 star rating, but , the beds really need to be updated . Nothing was comfortable for me or my wife.. that’s just in my opinion.. other than that the place is awesome.

absolutely loved the setting as well as the location - additional parking lot lessened the anxiety of parking in lot behind condos. very narrow considering all the suvs, etc.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo. We love it! Very clean and quiet and within walking distance to everything. Easy access to the prom and the beach right from your back door. Will most definitely be back!

This was our second stay in this unit. It have been upgraded with heated floors along with other upgrades. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Mgmt Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent again.

Great rental! Clean and had everything we need for our stay in Seaside. 4stars because a dog had chewed up the TV remote in a previous stay. The rental company let us know this when we arrived and apologized.
