*Minimum 31 days* This beautiful apartment is located in the exclusive and peaceful neighborhood of Alamo Heights. Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of the SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club, Fort Sam Houston and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower & granite counter tops. Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parking space.

This three-bedroom 1000 square foot home has everything you may need. Cable TV, high speed internet/ WIFI, washer and dryer, and much more. The 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep six guests, plus an queen air mattress. This home can accommodate a total of 8 guests. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy this home in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. You have 2 reserved parking spots within the complex and plenty more off street.

Located in a quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens and near the University of the Incarnate Word. Apartment is walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to downtown San Antonio. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away and some are even walking distance.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
-Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the apartment is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

- BBQ area is on the back of the building
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these case

Very nice apartment and area in San Antonio the only complaint we had was the people upstairs were moving furniture and stomping around all hours of the night. Besides that host was great communication wise and we enjoyed our time in San Antonio

You will love this property.

Quiet neighborhood. Down the street from the Botanical Gardens and within 10 minutes of downtown, Riverwalk, shops, and restaurants. Daniel is an excellent host and responds in a timely manner. Will definitely book again.

Nice location

My family and I stayed here. We loved it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and within walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. The apartment was very clean. There were other reviews complaining about the hot water, but we had no issues….it just takes a while for it to get hot. We were grateful that we were to extend our stay for an extra night. It’s about a quick 10 min. drive to downtown San Antonio.

Close to many things!

Give this one a try! Not knowing the area, I was a little hesitant at first, however, it went great for our 4 days here. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, the zoo, River Walk, the Alamo and more. Simple but we had all we needed! Quick responses from host when we had questions.

Property on the edge

Location close downtown and to botanical gardens, a must see. There was a lot of noise at nght, dogs barking. I left a message to manager but did receive a call back. Other guest on property did not pickup dog poop even though there are bags provided.

Overall great property

My husband and our 2 kids (age 4 and 9) stayed here for 1 nice. The owner really made great use of this space. Everything was decorated cute and it was overall a great place. My kids loved the bunk bed. Wish they would have had an ice maker, or even trays you could make your own ice. Also, they need to either replace the blinds or get curtains that cover the blinds all of the sticks to turn the blinds one way or the other were broken on all the windows. Wasn’t as dark as it could have been because of this. Would stay again.

They got a good start

The stay was good owner very professional and place was clean. The master bath water in shower never would get hot it was warm. One room was not used due to bed being broke and didn’t want to risk it. That never got addressed. The kitchen counters had a natural lean (out square) so you were always looking to make sure stuff on counter would stay I am a man of detail and not one door to rooms were the same. Close but not a match. We did get a new couch and spare bath leak fix while we were there that was a perk. Nothing happened while in neighborhood but I did sleep with my gun. We had a good stay and the owner was very responsive to all matters except bed issue and price range was good for what we got

Roomy but disappointed

The property was clean and plenty roomy for our family; however, we had some challenges. Our reservation had the wrong unit number and the code did not work. We had to call property manager who provided the proper unit; thus, we had to drag our luggage back downstairs to enter the correct unit. Our son quickly discovered the kitchen sink did not work. My husband tried the dishwasher and it did work, so he tried to run it with some dishes and it flooded the kitchen. We had to mop and use towels to clean up the flooding. We alerted the property manager again, who sent a repairman out the next day at 11:00. He was able to quickly repair the faucet but was unable to repair the dishwasher, requiring us to handwash our dishes. Fortunately it was only a 2 night stay.

Good place to stay

The property was centrally located to the zoo and other surrounding areas without being in the hustle and bustle of everything, so peaceful when time to be in and quiet. Kitchen and bathrooms had all necessary items to be able to stay, cook, clean, and act like home away from home. Couple minor gripes that I wouldn't state reflect the quality of stay (though some may disagree) but could be updated/upgraded/repaired for future visitors (and this is all opinion based): 1. Couch was a bit worn in regards to cushioning. No major tears, rips, etc. but definitely felt it had lost all cushioning and could due with an update 2. Primary room bed (with attached bath) - bed felt like it was bowed, maybe as if mattress was worn out. felt as if you were laying on an angle while sleeping and gave my back a bit of a bad time. 3. Slats under the second queen bed room (straight down hall) randomly fell out under the bed a couple times when my son simply went to sit. Could possibly due with anchoring the slats down to the frame to keep them in place. 4. Possibly add a soundbar to the TV. Was almost impossible to hear with any other sound going, such as coffee pot bubbling, someone in shower, or kids playing. Other than these particular gripes I would say it was a worthwhile stay for the cost and location. Fit our needs well.

Cute Place

This was a cute little place to spend the night. For us and our needs it worked. There are a few things I would suggest to the owner and that is: 1. Provide some condiments (I.e. salt, pepper) so that the guests don’t have to buy that. 2. The master bathroom towel rack looks like it is about to come off the wall. We have a hanging toiletry bag that we didn’t hang as we didn’t think the towel rack would hold. 3. The kitchen lacked basic supplies. Overall we enjoyed the place and would recommend.

Very nice stay in San Antonio

The apartment was a great fit for us.(my husband,daughter, mother and myself) but certainly could comfortably fit more. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were large and fluffy. Although it’s an older unit that is beginning to show its age, it was clean and had everything we needed. It’s about 10-15 minutes from the Alamo and about 25-30 minutes from seaworld or 6 flags. I would recommend downloading a parking app to find affordable parking downtown and if you are on a budget, avoid the parkades.I happily recommend this apartment. It’s not super fancy but it is super comfortable and a good deal for the money.
