Spacious studio condo with King Size bed, a comfortable memory foam sofa with lounging side to stretch out on while you gaze out the window at natures beauty or enjoy the 55 inch wall mount TV. The TV is on a swivel so you can watch from anywhere in room, free cable and high speed internet is included. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck overlooking the front lawn and pond. You have access to all of the association amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi tub, game room with pool table and a ping pong table, tennis, basketball. Only minutes away from all of the lakes region attractions. Nicely equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, iron and ironing board. Conveniently located immediately off of I93 at exit 30 with a fabulous golf course setting.

Studio retreat - perfect for two

Exactly what we needed - comfy bed, a fridge(small), microwave, huge tv, spacious couch and clean bathroom. As vendors at the NH Highland Games in Lincoln, we needed a place to sleep and recharge after each long day selling. This was exactly what we needed without the traffic of downtown Lincoln. Quiet and comforatble.

We were very happy with this tasteful condo. Very clean, comfortable, cozy! Only one slight negative - coffee tasted awful - bitter, gross. And, I love coffee, including strong brews. Perhaps, Keurig needs to be descaled, and filter changed. Thank you!!

Perfect get away! If I played golf it may have been even better!

I needed time away for peace and reflection. I enjoyed shopping North Woodstock and Lincoln. I hiked Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The porch was lovely in the morning. I wasn’t sure if the Grill Restaurant was open so I had dinner in Lincoln or North Woodstock and Breakfast at the Mad River Coffee House or in Lincoln. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!
