Perfect location. Jacob was very communicative through the process. Everything was clean and in working condition when we arrived. I would stay there again!

Location was good, supplies and utensils for cooking were somewhat limited. Communication for checking in to parking lot and turning on hot water was challenging
Property exactly as pictured. A few things not working but they were fixed when we called. Check in and check out procedures very simple. Look forward to returning

This place needs better quality control and better cleaning staff as the apartment was NOT in acceptable condition. This was very frustrating, especially since the host would not let us check-in an hour early without paying extra, which we did. When we got there, we saw that while the unit wasn't very dirty, it certainly was not very clean. I sent photos to the manager but he had no comment. **There were many things missing or broken: Broken showerhead, (for 2 full days!) broken hair dryer, broken chair, no television cable box or remote,(couldn't watch tv for 2 nights!) no bath towels, no bowls in kitchen, no frying pan, no paper towels....Eventually, after messaging manager and waiting and dealing with language barriers, we got most of the things we needed but this was unacceptable to me. Also, kitchen was nice but not good for cooking as there were not enough dishes, pots, pans and accessories provided to make a family meal. This was a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment and should be equipped to accommodate cooking for our family of 5 but it was not. On a positive note, the location was good, the lighting was good and the beds were comfortable.I expected better and this place was disappointing for what we paid.
We enjoyed our stay in Jerusalem very much. It was great to have the apartment as a base. It’s in an excellent location. Everything was clean. We didn’t cook there except for breakfast which was fine. The air conditioning worked well. For hot water you had to remember to turn on a timer before showering to heat up the water, but that was easy to do and the water heated up quickly. It is a safe location with hotels next door on both sides. Lovely balcony as well. It’s just down the road from the outdoor food market. The bedding and towels are very basic, nothing plush. When we needed help working something in the apartment it was easy to reach someone in the office. Overall, we were very pleased and would return for another stay without hesitation.

The pictures DO NOT match the apartment
We picked this apartment over another one we were looking at based on the photos and the narrative. There was a red flag from one of the reviews that mentioned that the pictures do not accurately represent the apartment. I emailed with the owner to confirm that we are renting the exact apartment represented in the pictures. When we checked in, not only, did the apartment not match the pictures, the furniture was old, the apartment was not clean, the sheet had stains on them, the shower was broken, etc.. Bottom line we did not get what we paid for! When I followed up with the owner he said he would return my cleaning fee if I left a good review. Very disappointing.
The apartment was actually not the one photographed in the listing which surprised me at first, but it was a good substitute, same size and all. I believe the property owner manages several similar units. It's a renovated space though a little "worn." But the furnishings were really lovely and the amount of beds were great for a larger family. The location can't be beat, right near everything you'd want to go see in Jerusalem.
