Great condo on beautiful stretch of beach

This condo has a great view overlooking the pool and the beach. It literally takes 2 minutes to walk to the sand, and this stretch of beach is long and beautiful! We would definitely stay in this place again!

Perfect location!

This property is literally right across the street from Coligny Plaza. It’s super convenient to shopping, dining, walking paths, and of course, the beach! I loved the distance to the beach and proximity to everything else. It was clean and had everything you might need. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Great location

We had a great time. The condo was comfortable and clean. We didnt cook but the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and overlooking the pool and beach. We walked the beach every morning and walked over to Caligny Plaza to eat. We rented bikes from Sharkeys. We look forward to returning to Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

Loved being right on the ocean! We were close to restaurants. Skillets, Fish, and Caroline coffee and crumb were our favorites. Piggly wiggly grocery and bike rentals were a few blocks away. The décor and colors are tastefully done to reflect the beachy feel. The morning security guard was a “hoot” as well! Always sent us off with a smile on our face.

Great small condo for physically fit.

The actual condo was fine. Decorating was nice. Had no complaints on inside of condo. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen could use a dish drainer and a colander IMO. The pool is tiny for the condo size and was pretty cloudy. The outside of the building walls were really dirty, lots of black dust and webs. This was especially noticeable because you have to walk up and down the stairwells to go in and out of your condos. The stairwells were dirty with the pine needles and spider webs, just not very appealing. And if you are on the 3rd floor you have to climb 46 steps! I think this should be brought to the attention of renters in case they are not physically able to climb that many steps. Access to the beach was easy. And Chair rentals are available, which our owner wasn’t aware of.

The property was located in a very nice and convenient spot. The beach and shops were great.Only saw the guard one time when we got there. The bed and furniture needed to be replaced. The fan in the bedroom was oversized for the room size.

The place was great start to finish. Easy to communicate with host prior to arrival, on check in and check out. Photos were very accurate. Smelled fresh and clean when I arrived. Great views and walking distance to everything I needed.

The view from the balcony was marvelous.It’s an older property, but it’s been maintained well and the unit was tastefully furnished.Adequate towels and kitchen utensils were adequate and storage was adequate.

Beach front

It was quiet and peaceful! We loved having a security guard present 24/7. Restaurants and stores were so close, we rode our bikes everywhere. The villa had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again!
