Wonderful space to get away! Plenty of room to get comfortable and relax and enjoy time together. Great location to enjoy all the year-round activities available. About a 10-15 minute walk to town and convenient drive to trailheads & skiing.

Well-stocked with all you need to easily make meals and hang out. Well-stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, tea pot, blender, griddle, super cool waffle-maker and all you need to easily make snacks and meals. Just ask if you're wondering if we have it! Settle into the comfy living room with gas fireplace (or we have A/C too), TV, board games and free Wi-Fi.

Deck is a lovely place to sit and look at the mountain and golf course views, spot some strolling deer and watch the osprey dive into the pond. Grill is available on the deck and there are additional grills by the tennis courts. You can see the lower pool and hot tub from deck as well.

Primary suite has King bed and 3/4 bathroom and TV. Second bedroom has Queen bed. Living room has sleeper sofa with a surprisingly comfy mattress. We also have a Graco Pack and Play & High Chair available. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.

Amenities include 2 seasonal Heated Pools and a toddler pool and 3 Hot Tubs. The grounds also offer a tennis, pickleball & basketball court, catch and release fishing pond, playground, grills & two additional hot tubs. Pool towels, 2 (older) tennis racquets, pickleball set and basketball are available for your use. Pools and 3 Hot Tubs open typically early April - October, HOA determines based on weather. At least one of the Hot Tubs is open all year.

Close to hiking for casual & adventurous hikers, golf, Nordic Skiing, Alpine Skiing, tubing (snow and river!), mountain and road biking, wine tasting, brewery tasting, shopping, plus great art, music, theater and oh so many fun festivals! Or simply sit and relax, read a book, look out the window at the views as the lighting changes, the snow falls or nap time calls.

The property is next to Enchantment Park offering a playground, bike pump track, skateboard-park, ball fields, sledding hill, and River trail. Take the River trail right to town watching the tubers and rafters float by and the ospreys and kingfishers fly by!

For snow season visitors to Leavenworth: Please plan ahead for the winter weather driving conditions, WSDOT is a good resource. The passes can receive plenty of snow and snow driving is typical and to be expected in the winter.
