About this property

Pet's welcome! Great family neighborhood only a short drive from campus. There is bed space for 10 plus two sleeper sofas. We also have two queen air mattresses that can be used. We have a small dog for those with allergies, but the dog will not be on the property during your stay. The porch and sunroom add even more room to the already spacious home. The living room includes a 80" tv. The sunroom, play room and all bedrooms include TVs. Modern appliances. Two car garage with plenty of additional parking in the driveway. Please contact me with any specific questions regarding our home.

Property owners went above and beyond.

A group of us went to the Alabama and Ole Miss. The home was spacious, clean, and easy to find. After I told the property owner we will be checking in late,he offered to go buy a few groceries for us. And that was really thoughtful. I highly recommend this property.

What makes this property unique

● Each TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney + loaded and ready to use.
● The AC/heat can be changed by following these simple steps:
o Press up or down on the thermostat between the kitchen and living room to adjust to the desired temperature downstairs. The upstairs thermostat is in the master bedroom.
o These are programmable thermostats and may change temperature during the day.
● The sunroom AC can be adjusted using the controls on the unit.
● The wireless network is treadwell and the password is 111111111c
● The garage door password for the weekend is 2463.
● The front door code for the weekend is 8568.
● The fire table can be turned on by following the instructions next to the controls. ● Toilet paper and paper towels are stored in the laundry room.
● Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the upstairs hallway closet.
● The hot water heaters are located in the storage room in the garage and can be adjusted using the knob near the base. Guests should not enter the adjacent storage room.
● Guests should not use the “climbing tree” at the end of the driveway. It is only suitable for properly harnessed and belayed climbers. ● Children must be supervised at all times for use of the trampoline, indoor climbing wall, treehouse, and swings.
