About this property

This beautifully remodeled home is in the historic Wayne Street neighborhood within walking distance to Notre Dame Campus. It is only minutes from Eddy Street Commons, The Linebacker, Corby's, and downtown South Bend. There is a patio in a quiet, secluded backyard with a gas grill and plenty of room to relax. A 55" HDTV, fireplace and new sound bar system makes for indoor entertaining. The kitchen is completely remodeled with Viking appliances and a large granite peninsula. I am flexible with arrival and departure days and times.

ND Weekend

Beautiful property with all the amenities. Owner provided an assortment of snacks, fruit and baked goods at the time arrival. Close proximity to Notre Dame campus Family had a great weekend getting together with old friends and classmates on a picture perfect football weekend.

Fun family weekend

The space worked well for our needs. A surprise welcome of snacks, including fresh fruit, was a bonus. Home was extremely clean. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one in the basement which we didn’t use. If you don’t do stairs this home is not for you. The basement one is a large room with a bed. Because the home is a residence all the cupboards were filled. It would be helpful to know what is available for use and what is not as far as food. We purchased our own. The one thing I found missing were chairs in the back to sit outside . The weather was good and there was nowhere to sit and enjoy it.

ND Graduation 2022

Beautiful house only a mile from campus. Nice updated kitchen for cooking family meals. Sleeps 8 very comfortably. Ideal for attending multiple on-campus graduation events.
