Great ranch style home in a neighborhood. Worked well for us - only wish there was more than 1 bathroom because we had 9 people there for two days. Host was very fast at communication and great to work with!

We pulled in and there are two spots on the street where someone had broken into cars with glass everywhere, front door knob was broken, and locking system kept warning us low on batteries. I felt very nervous with two kids in tow. The house smelt terrible, like old dog and cat accidents. The couch was broken so there was nothing to sit on besides kitchen chairs. You could tell it was not cleaned very well at all. The pictures on the website are not accurate. They continously message you throughout the stay - relax. That is what we are trying to do. But, alas, that was the last thing I could do because it felt gross and unsafe. I didnt even want to use the bedding, I slept on top of it. Please advertise as college pad and emphasize not so much for families. I never leave bad reviews. This is my first and I still dont like doing it, but the experience was a joke.

Well this just simply isnt true. Aside from the low battery warning, which is a thing that happens on every battery operated device at some point... none of these items were found to be true. We had housekeeping send photos of all of these "concerns" and of course none of it was even remotely legit. Guest was more trouble than honestly they were worth, and we would not rent to them again for a one night stay on a weeknight. Clearly our dozens of reviews show this is not an accurate one...

Most important to me is communication. Brian was easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions. Made to stay very easy.I can see why this property would be very good for a Notre Dame football weekend!

The whole house stinks of animal smells. It was nauseating. It did not feel or smell clean. There is a window in the shower, which is not frosted or shaded, that people from the outside can see straight in at you. The neighborhood itself seemed questionable. We would never stay here again.

What an awful guest. Complained from the moment they got here. The neighborhood is fine, and hundreds of guests have stayed here with great reviews across multiple platforms. The window in the shower is 6 foot off the ground and has a privacy film. Ridiculous review...
