Schouler Park offers a splash park, playground, weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fireworks on the 4th of July, seasonal music programs under the stars, and many other events throughout the seasons. SKIING - 0.4 miles to Cranmore Mountain. PARKING - off street parking with a large driveway that will accommodate 5+ vehicles. PROXIMITY - just a short walk to Town and/or Minutes by car to tax-free outlet shopping, the Community Center with splash park, golfing, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Story Land and so much more! SIZE - 2,912 sf split level home. MUDROOM is downstairs just off of the garage. A great place to unload after a day of outside activities! GAS GRILL - a large grill is located on the back deck overlooking the large backyard. This was our second time booking. We knew what to expect and the hosts and property did not disappoint. Hosts are accommodating and welcoming. The property very clean and perfect for our family to gather in. We enjoy the proximity to downtown and Cranmore.
The hosts made everything so easy for us to check in and out. The kitchen is well appointed and having 3 bathrooms made life easier. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
Steve and Karen were awesome hosts! We stayed here for a family getaway and house set up was perfect walking distance to all the shops. House was VERY clean. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you
We had a fantastic stay at this property! Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly flexible with our arrival, which made our trip so much easier. The house itself is beautifully maintained and had everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and all the amenities you could ask for. Our kids especially loved the games provided, with the pool table being a big hit! The location is perfect, within walking distance to town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thanks Karen and Steve!
Perfect home for a family get away. Walkable to downtown restaurants, stores, & activities. House was spotless with everything supplied for activities to play at home.
This house was the PERFECT place for our family vacation. It was extremely kid friendly and everyone had their own space if in need of a little down time! Loved everything about it and so did our kids and dogs!
I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The hosts were great with communication through out the stay. We ended up during a snow storm and they were very timely about cleaning the driveway. Overall a very clean and well maintained property.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, neat & clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Has a fun game room with pool table. Also very close to ski areas and North Conway center. Would definitely go back.
This is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair, travel crib, and kid friendly cups/plates/utensils! The location is perfect and the space was ideal for our family. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

The property was just as described! Beautifully maintained, in a great location and had everything we needed to feel at home! Beds were comfortable and mini split units kept the house nice and cool (two important criteria for us).

Very Clean and Great location!
We recently stayed at this lovely home and couldn't get over how clean the home is and we are picky when it comes to cleanliness! Everything was great and Steve and Karen are very nice to work with.
A great choice for a family gathering! The house is set up quite well for little ones with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space. Location is great as well. A small quiet neighborhood and a 10 min walk to downtown. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and they keep their property very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Steve and Karen’s cozy and welcoming home is a North Conway gem. Ideal location to Cranmore mountain and the center of town yet it is situated in a quite neighborhood. Plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need to make it your home away from home. We would highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back!
This home has a warm, comfortable, spacious floor plan for spending time together. Beautifully decorated and impeccably kept. Proximity to mountain and town very convenient. Our family gathered for skiing, snowboarding, and game playing around the fireplace. The home contributed to making the trip memorable and successful.

We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service. We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father. We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles)!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!
What makes this property unique
Perfect for a lovely stroll to Town with the kids and the dogs! Walking distance to local restaurants and shops and Cranmore Mountain! Walking distance to Whittaker Woods trail entrance on Oak Street. A beautiful, treed lot makes it a serene location for relaxing in the spacious backyard after a day of hiking, tubing, golfing, skiing or shopping.
