IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Pelican Point is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Pelican Point the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

From toys for the kids to a kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook, it made us feel right at home. The furniture and decor were bright and beautiful. You could tell this home is loved and well taken care of. We can’t wait for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th time at Cinnamon Shores and our third time staying in Pelican Point. We love this condo! It’s perfect for our family of four. The kitchen has everything you need. We made many delicious meals in the well stocked, very spacious kitchen. The location is ideal as it is right across the main entertainment area. I initially worried about it being too noisy, but it has never been an issue. Management has always been very prompt with addressing any needs we’ve had in the five year we’ve been going to CS. Our only issue this summer was the condition of the master bedroom mattress. There are significant depressions on one side, and my husband had trouble sleeping at night due to back discomfort.

The house did not have hand towels in the kitchen and there was no wine opener. The kitchen cabinets seemed to be in disarray so it was hard to find anything, but I understand with family after family staying there it can get that way. It was our first time staying at Cinnamon Shores and we will definitely be back!

We did find they (Cinnamon Shores) cut back on their provided amenities from years past (be sure you bring coffee and beach towels even if you rent chairs!). The condo itself is in great shape and was a great location. Note that it is on the second story so you have a take an elevator if you have a baby in a stroller like we did, and it makes loading and unloading a little harder vs. a ground floor unit. The unit overall is lovely, well-stocked kitchen with some kid toys and Netflix etc. We liked being on the town square when they had a lot of nighttime activities for a holiday weekend.We will be back!

It was such a homey feel but at the same time, felt so clean and brand new, we felt we were the first ones staying there. It felt very spacious and the beds were both very comfortable! We can't wait to go back and stay again!

There were a few things that were bothersome. 1. We were not able to use both showers at the same time due to the hot water not working in the master when the other was being used. 2. The kitchen appliances were not working due to a breaker issue so we had to call and get help with that. 3. There were crumbs left from previous guest, along with some costume jewelry left on the coffee table. 4. The shower in master bath has several spots of mold, which definitely need to be addressed!5. Our beach buggy died while we were at the beach one night and we had to wait awhile before someone came to get us. I was not contacted by Sage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was beautiful! Very clean and such a cute neighborhood. If I'm nitpicking, the only issues we had were that the faucets were a smidge loose (kitchen sink and showers), so they felt a little unstable and rickety. And our smoke detector battery went low our last night, so it chirped all night. Other than that, the place was clean, pretty, fully stocked with everything we'd need, and quiet. I'd definitely recommend! We ate at Dylan's one night and it was delicious and the employees were great. Communication with management was easy and they were always polite and professional.

Pelican Point 10202: "Coast"-ing, Unfortunately

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Point could try harder. Two of the three TVs wouldn't turn on (turns out the batteries were severely corroded), I had to request a cutting board from the office, and there was not a smidge off coffee for the next morning to get me started in my stay until I could buy some. Maybe the last isn't much, and it isn't promised (though the other properties at C-Shore have provided), but, at $450/night, c'mon! It also was a disappointment that the rates were mis-represented. I was told that the property could be rented for "as low as $150 a night". Turns out that is some other time in the year, not the days I selected. I complained, and got ONE night changed to that rate, but, again, C-Shore: c'mon. You should be better than this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very impressed with Cinnamon Shores overall. Great place for a vacation as a couple or family. Lots of activities and beautiful. Our rental was very nice and comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. However, we had some maintenance issues. Upon arrival the rental staff, who were very nice by the way, said our unit was ready and gave instructions on where it was located. We opened the door and found mops and brooms and appliances pulled out. Obviously not ready! We called the front desk and they sent the cleaning staff to check. They had done a deep cleaning that day, which is good to know, and the cleaning crew did not realize renters were coming that afternoon and thus had not put everything back in place and finished up yet. We waited probably no more than 30 minutes to get everything worked out. And the cleaning crew was very courteous and came back to check that everything had been handled properly. Next, Our unit was on the 2nd floor and they have an elevator so you easily get your luggage up and down. Well the button on the second floor to go down did not function. So you could go up but not down. Lastly, were supposed to run the dishwasher before we checked out, but dishwasher did not work.We reported all of these issues to rental company. So overall, it is a beautiful location and everyone was super nice,but they need to do a better job with maintenance.

It was such a relaxing vacation, the property and the community had everything we needed and more! It was great that we didn’t really need to leave the community for food, drinks or even coffee. The golf carts were my favorite part as it made it easy to explore and get everywhere !Our unit was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and we could even watch the live music from our balcony. The unit also came with all the kitchen essentials needed to cook, eat and drink. Can’t wait to be back!

My daughter really liked the room with bunk beds and wants to bring a friend next time. The kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed and was spacious. The condo is centrally located with easy access to the restaurants and store. We ate at Lisabelles one night and the Dylans another. We enjoyed both of the restaurants. We would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful property, but overall CS needs much improvement

They should be more professional and catering to their guests that are spending alot of money to stay on the property. I don't want to see wait staff playing football outside the gate of the pool... There also was a construction worker that brought his son to swim at the pool one morning. This should not happen... Please check equipment that is working properly. The cart to transport luggage up 2 flights of stairs should have all wheels inflated and working properly... I'm not sure if we will eat at Lisabellas again, due to the $5 charge to use a credit card. I have a small business and do not charge my customers a fee to pay. Crazy really.... The beach chairs are disgusting and do not work properly...We have been coming multiple summers in a row now and the way everything is being run has gone down hill. Disappointing.

Our grand kids loved playing in the ocean waves and swimming at Keira's Pool. They dubbed it the party pool because of the music over the sound system VS the Pirate Ship Poolwhich was equally as nice.Only glitch was the front door security system which had difficulty accepting a code but the property management folks had a simple work around......good old fashioned keys.

It was our 2 year olds first time to the beach and we all had such an amazing time. The condo isn't a far walk from the beach and is super close to the one of the pools which we ended up having to ourselves most days. We did have a slight issue with the keyless entry. We got locked out a time or two. The ice machine also doesn't work on the door or didn't at the time. Besides those two little hiccups I would still give the property 5 stars and would definitely go back. I wish I was back there right now!
