The unit and everything in there is all new. Guests are required to agree with the House Rules, especially the proper usage and care of the appliances and furniture before staying. Located on the 5th Floor of the building with access to elevator and stairs. The place is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 5 pax. Strong Wifi is available and its absolutely free for guests staying.

Living and Dining:
43 Smart TV is provided for guests to enjoy with built-in applications such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc. TV Plus is also available for a good reception in accessing local channels.
The location of the unit is naturally windy but a stand fan is also provided.
Dining table is set-up for 4 pax but additional chairs are also available.

2- Bedrooms:
1 HP Window AC is provided in one of the Bedrooms which is intended to cool both of the Bedrooms. A ventilation exhaust fan and electric fans are provided in each room to keep the cool temperature within the 2 bedrooms.
Clean and fresh Bed linens and sheets are provided in each room.
Wardrobes and Cabinets: I keep some of my personal things inside the wardrobes and cabinets but ample spaces in there are provided for the guests staying.

Toilet & Bath:
Shower is equipped with a Water-heater.
Basic bathroom accessories such as bidet, towel racks and shower curtains are conveniently installed.
Complimentary bathroom necessities such as towels and some toiletries are provided.
Uninterrupted supply of water is ensured.

Kitchen and Laundry:
Kitchen is fully furnished with all your cooking needs available.
Gas range is equipped with Grill and Oven. Please refer to operating manuals provided in the unit and ask your host for safe usage.
7.4 cu.ft fridge is available for storage of food.
Guests may conveniently use Rice cooker, electric kettle and other cooking accessories.
Washer is fully automatic and can accommodate up to only 6.5kg of your laundry. Accessories such as laundry baskets, hangers and clips are also free to use. Please ask from your host if you will be needing laundry soaps that will be provided for a minimal charge. Although, stores are everywhere inside the condo community.

My place is situated in a friendly neighborhood. Security guards on duty roaming around the village are friendly and people oriented. There is a mini park with chairs where one can conveniently sit while feeling the breezy air of a lazy afternoon. Everything you might need is literally within your reach. Inside the village are convenient stores, salons, cafes, bakeries, laundromats and all. Spare a 2-3 mins walk down the entrance of the village and you will find a lot of shops and stores where you can find and buy whatever you might need. Hail a trike (tricycle as a public transport) for PHP 8.00 per person and find yourself in Ortigas Avenue Extension. Across the road is Robinsons Supermarket, Handyman, Jollibee, Appliance Centre etc. From that location you will have access to SM Megamall, Robinsons Place Galleria, SM City Ortigas East, Junction etc.
