Nestle Down Lake House, fully renovated, is located on Long Point, a small community of friendly neighbors and numerous amenities on Lake Champlain. Nearby amenities include a clay tennis court, playground, basketball hoop, and ping pong. The lake house is fully air conditioned and is equipped with kayaks, paddle boards a wood burning fireplace and commercial grade floating dock. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2023. If you’re looking to dine out, Long Point is just a short drive to many local restaurants and points of interest, Starry Night Cafe, Black Sheep Bistro, Shelburne Museum, Charlotte Winery, and Fiddlehead Brewery to name a few. Staying in for a home-cooked meal is easy with an updated kitchen, modern amenities, and grill. Enjoy dinner on the oversized back porch overlooking Lake Champlain. 5 night minimum
