✦ During winter weather conditions, chains or a 4WD vehicle may be required, and trip insurance is recommended.
✦ The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a deadbolt lock, and a first aid kit.

HOUSE RULES:

✦ No smoking inside the property.

✦ Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please avoid noise or disturbances that may disrupt the peace of the neighborhood.
