This townhouse is located in Kingswood Village. The complex is located in the heart of the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. It features a wonderful summer tennis court, pool, and small exercise facility. Your home overlooks a quiet parklike area perfect for the kids to play. The loft bedroom has 2 single beds. Plenty of things to do close by in the town of Kings Beach. Shopping, public beach, and the casino nightlife at Stateline are only 5-10 minutes away. In the winter,enjoy a complimentary shuttle for great skiing at Northstar. For those who love to golf you'll be minutes to Brockway Golf course. Hiking,fishing,snowmobiling or just enjoying all the beauty of Lake Tahoe, this is the perfect place for your next family vacation, family reunion or just a quiet getaway! The loft bedroom is Also, in 2009, the owners finished a wonderful remodel including new paint, new carpets, and a new sofa and love seat in the living room. Please note: Since the remodel the owner requests that shoes are not worn inside the home.

PLEASE NOTE: This condo does not have a BBQ because the complex does not allow them, please do not bring your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you heavily. The only type of BBQ allowed is an electric one. Thank you for your understanding.***

North Lake Tahoe Getaway

This home was spacious and comfortable for our stay. The provided amenities made our stay so much easier and more relaxing! Will definitely keep it in mind for any future travel plans to the area!

Good vacation spot

We enjoyed the property with 2 families staying together. The keys had to be picked up from Tahoe City rather than directly at the unit which was a little out of the way. Otherwise great family vacation rental.

Nice community, issues with property.

Pros: well equipped kitchen, close to the lake, good for kids. Cons: This condo is on 3 floors with bedrooms spread across all 3. The insulation is so bad that if someone walks in the room above you it feels like the ceiling is going to fall through. The towels weren’t washed and smelled bad but luckily they had a washer dryer so we washed all the towels before use. Check out time is 10:00 am and check in is at 4:00pm. Never seen such an early check out. I called to extend the checkout but no one picked up and the cleaner was at the door at 10:15 am.
