Introducing Casita Margarita 3VW. This cute pet friendly, casita has plenty sleeping room to bring the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom and a full bathroom; equipped with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a full shared bath. The first bedroom has a full size bed and a set of twin bunks and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Casita Margarita VW3 provides 3 paved parking spaces all in the driveway for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 3 spaces.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 3. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

- Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
