Το σπίτι είναι είναι ευάερο και φωτεινό με παραδοσιακά παράθυρα με απεριόριστη θέα στο χωριό της Μακρινίτσας και στο Βόλο. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει μεγάλη αυλή,ιδανική για κάθε δραστηριότητα
