This hidden treasure features a luxurious master with king bed and upscale, walk-in closet, En-suite with double vanity and tub/shower combo and a peaceful view of the pond.
Second bedroom offers a queen bed with closet and ample drawer space. The third bedroom features a trundle bed for two with closet storage. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway and situated between bedrooms two and three and it offers a tub/shower combo. There's a laundry with full size W/D situated just outside the bedrooms with an iron and board and starter kit of laundry supplies.

Nicely furnished living room is warm and inviting with large comfortable couch, occasional tables and large flat screen LG TV with ROKU and a host of streaming channel possibilities. Free and fast Wi-Fi to handle your work or pleasure needs. Plenty of room for reading and relaxing. Books, board games and puzzles provided. Room over garage for playroom or office for quiet reflection.

Fully equipped kitchen for a quiet night at home. Dine inside with a view or out on the patio next to the pond. Have your morning coffee or your evening cocktails on the screened back porch which overlooks a shady backyard filled with birdsong and includes a view of the duck pond.

Bonuses include off street parking in the garage or for two additional cars in the drive, a starter kit of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Lovely home in quiet neighbor hood.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved sitting on the patio and deck. We would definitely come back. Our host was very helpful.

Great house and location

A great place to stay if you want easy access to the Charleston area sites and Folly Beach. The house was wonderful, well furnished, and in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and the kitchen has everything you will need. Gregg was always available for any questions.

Fall on James Island

Great home, clean and comfortably furnished. We spent a month at Sea Cotton, going back and forth to downtown Charleston, West Ashley, and back to JI. Really convenient to everything. Enjoyed evenings watching the sunset and shore birds on the beautiful pond. Would go again.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I chose this home because it was an easy drive to Charleston. We greatly enjoyed experiencing this beautiful city and all it had to offer but at the end of a busy day we appreciated coming home to a comfy home in a quiet neighborhood on St. James Island. Gregg was always available if we had any questions.

Before retirement I was Charleston's premiere Real Estate Auctioneer operating through Charleston's largest residential Real Estate company. As a lifelong adventurer I have piloted my own plane to many an exotic destination, sailed up and down the Atlantic, and traversed the country to and fro. I have found the many opportunities the low country offers to fulfill my adventurous needs including sailing, paragliding, offshore fishing and the list goes on. As a grandparent I enjoy sharing this area and all its natural beauty with visiting family and friends.
