Beautiful single villa with two floors surrounded with garden close to the beach
The single house is surrounded with a nice spacious garden and it is only 100 meters from the beach.
The house is in a quite area where you can really come to relaxation. It is decorated with white, blue and green colours. It has two floors with a staircase. On the lower floor is a kitchen with dining area. A bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedroom on the lower floor has a double bed. An extra bed can also be placed here. In front of the house there is a veranda where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch.
On the second floor is the second bedroom, with a double bed. Here is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. The large veranda on the second floor overlooks the sea, it is a nice place to sunbathe on the sun loungers.
Around the house is a nice garden with trees and flowers. The children can play here. Or you could do your daily exercise.
If you decide to rent a car you can park it next to the house.

There is no why, every one who loves and knows the island, will chose it, with closed eyes. It is in the heart of Plaka the most famous beach, next to tavernas and mini markets, but still not near the action.
