What better way to vacation than to have the availability of a wonderful home in paradise situated in the heart of the resort. This modern and upgraded 1140 square foot single family home and 2 story tree house sleeps 6. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extended living area. The first floor living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a front porch. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a kid friendly full-sized bunk bed and queen bed, full bathroom, and 2 covered balconies with magnificent garden views. Decorated with pure elegance, this 2 story tree house features central air conditioning, free WiFi, 2 small wall mounted, flat screen SMART TV’s in each bedroom (no cable access), and 1 large sized SMART TV with cable access in the living area. The full-kitchen is complete with cutlery and tableware, porcelain- stove top and granite countertops, refrigerator and microwave. Other amenities include coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, linens, and stackable washer / dryer.

Tree House 24000 is located at the Resorts World Bimini Marina and Casino in North Bimini Bahamas. This property is ideally and literally steps away from the Resorts World Casino, Hilton Hotel, Sabor Fine Dining Restaurant and Sabor Pool area, the Mega Yacht Marina, Fisherman’s Village Marina and shops. It is also conveniently situated steps across the street to the ocean front and white sand beaches with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear turquoise Bahamian waters. The property pricing INCLUDES the private 50 foot dock slip with double jet ski platform to be used on a short-term basis during your stay.

The owner was very helpful and informative, which helped us prep for arrival by boat. The property is very well stocked and maintained. The location is excellent. Very quiet as a standalone building while being a very quick walk to all of the great place is Bimini Bay has to offer.

Unit was clean and conveniently located near the infinity pool and casino. Slip included was also in a good location in the marina. Bernie was super helpful and pleasant during all communications. We also rented a golf cart that made getting around the property very easy.

Great place to stay arriving on private vessel.

First time to Bimini and this rental worked out great! It was an easy golf cart ride to the marina each day to take the boat out. We relaxed at the pool while the bartender cooked our catch of the day. House came equipped with everything we needed and Bernie was very responsive with any questions we had. Over all a amazing trip and we can't wait to come back.

Bimini weekend at Bimini Bay

Bernie was very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. The house was clean and the washer dryer was a plus. The boat slip was in a very central place and close by the house. Only a golf cart away. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house and location in Bimini! Bernie was super communicative early in the morning before we ever arrived by boat which made the process very easy and we had a clear idea of marina check in early on. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone coming to Bimini. Directly in between the Hilton and beach and very convenient to the pools, excursions and marina. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property within a 2 day notice. Your home was perfect for us!

Very Nice Accommodations

This villa was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everyone within the resort was very friendly and helpful. The host, Bernie, was very helpful and answered any questions that I had prior to our arrival. The boat dock that came with the rental at Fisherman's Village was a nice touch since we came by private vessel. Just remember to check into the marina if you arrive by private vessel so they can have a credit card on file for any electric or water usage. We rented a golf cart (A Must!) from Sue & Joy's to travel on the island. Thank you, Bernie, for your hospitality.

The property is really dirty. The towels are horrible, the floor is super dirty. The fridge is nasty. It is in a good location but it needs a deep cleaning.

I’m not surprised by your review. You overbooked the amount of required guests we allow to stay at our property. Rather than kindly adjust your booking, I should have cancelled it. You didn’t tell me what was really dirty about the property. You were advised to bring your own bathing and beach towels for use from the start. This is a private property with basic towels for rental on an island. The floor is cleaned between guests by the housekeeper. With so many guests in your party coming in and out, the floor gets wet and you may have sand particles from the beach. There is a broom, vacuum, and mop you can use during your stay in the walk in shower closet downstairs. Housekeeping is not done during your stay. Insofar as your description of the refrigerator being nasty, you didn’t tell me what was nasty about it. There’s really nothing inside the refrigerator and this is a rental property. I see pictures of all appliances sent by the housekeeper when she cleans and I saw nothing nasty with it before your arrival. The housekeeper did tell me she had to clean it thoroughly after your party departed and I did see pictures of how it was left. So you are aware, the property required a deep cleaning by the housekeeper once your party departed. Thank you for staying and next time, when a property says 4-6 guests, don’t bring 7 guests.
