This house has plenty of space, a great location and a nice yard. The house is walking distance from the Sheridan County Fairgrounds and the walking trail. You can feel free to park in the 2 car garage or in the driveway. Full kitchen, grill in the back with a nice deck and comfy patio furniture. Fridge with water and ice in the kitchen. Extra fridge in the garage. The ground level has a master bedroom and bathroom, living room area, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and extra bedroom with queen bed. The basement has a large living room area, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The couch in the basement contains a fold out bed.

Lots of room

We had a family reunion and 6 of us stayed at this house. We also had one family gathering with 20 people, and were quite comfortable. The house had lots of personal effects, and we weren't sure which ones we could use. Also, we didn't get a garage door opener until day two.

Walking trail

don't overlook the walking trail just minutes from your front door. The concrete walkway winds along the river and is a great way to start your day or wind down in the evening

Super maison, super nuit

Nous étions 7 adultes et un enfant, nous étions de passage à sheridan pour une nuit. La procédure d’arrivée a été très simple. Idem pour le départ. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui a été très serviable. La maison est très agréable et familiale. Vraiment génial, je recommande grandement. Merci pour tout !
