Clean and comfortable accommodations

The townhouse was conveniently located close to Bethany Beach. Very quiet neighborhood with a great deck. There were 3 couples on this trip and we had lots of room . A very short walk to the community pool. Took a little while to get the tv figured out, never did get cable but were able to stream with no problem. Would definitely book here again

Assorted review

When we arrived there were sheets on the beds for the three of us to make our own beds. Once we started, we realized that none of the sheets provided fit the beds. I called the owner and she said the cleaning lady made an error. Later that day the cleaning lady delivered the correct sheets. I also told her that for the three of us for a 6 day stay we only were provided with 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 wash clothes. The next morning we received 2 bath towels that were in horrible condition. I would have thrown them out. I also informed the owner that the refrigerator light was out. The townhouse was clean and the kitchen well equipped.

The home and owners were great, Evolve not so much!

We got to our rental at 3:45 check in was at 3:00. The code we were given for the lock box didn't work. Its 90 degrees sun beating on the front of the house. We have a 4 yr old that was in need of a restroom, a 3 month old ready to eat and we are not able to get in. We called the owners and left a message, sent several texts. I called Evolve and was on hold for 20 min only to get an answering service to leave a message and they would call us right back. Need less to say we finally heard back from the owners at 6:00 that evening with the correct code. It had been changed two weeks ago and we should have been sent the updated code by Evolve at that time. At 3:30am that morning we had been sent a follow up email confirming our stay with ( the wrong code listed). Needless to say by the time we got into the rental everyone was, hot, tired, hungry and melting down. Not a great start to our vacation. The next afternoon at 2:00 I had a message from Evovle stating that if we were not able to get in yet to give them a call. REALLY... the excuse for the delay in getting back to us was due to the wildfires!! I will say the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the main floors were still dirty. With that being said, we did enjoy our stay and would consider it again. The owner seemed very nice and accommodating. Evolve was a disappointment.

Short bike ride to the beach

Nice location. Close to South Bethany. We rode our bikes each day to the beach and even into the shops in Bethany . Neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to have the pool to return to after a day at the beach. House was very spacious and provided all the necessary supplies.

Exactly What We Needed

Our family had stayed in the Ocean City area previously, but wanted to be in a little more quiet space while still being able to easily go to OC. This condo was perfect. We had plenty of space for the five of us. The kitchen had all the things we needed for preparing and enjoying meals and the bedrooms were comfortable. The many bathrooms made showering after a day at the beach quick and easy. We loved being so close to Bethany as opposed to OC. Though we did make the quick drive down to Maryland several times during our 5 day stay, we found plenty to do in the Bethany Beach area as well. We really enjoyed our time here, and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, nice and quiet.

My family and I chose this place for our yearly vacation to Bethany. The property was well kept and in a quiet area. It was only a 5-minute drive to the beach and grocery stores which was nice. There were updates throughout the place and linens were provided. The only drawback was that the pool was closed due to covid restrictions however many of the other neighborhoods pools remained open. I'm assuming it was closed as many of the townhouses seemed vacant. It would have been nice to know this after our booking. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful Family Beach Getaway

We really loved our stay at Melissa's condo. It was so clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to use, the beds were so comfortable and relaxing, the pool was terrific too. The location was perfect to get to the beach, bays, and downtown Bethany in minutes. It was easy to get to other points of interest like Ocean City Boardwalk, and Assateague Island. Melissa was wonderful- she was quick to reply and check-in with us too. It's the perfect spot for making family memories at beautiful Bethany Beach!
