Beautiful house, completely independent
Exclusive home located in one of the best areas in Quito, available for Executive and Tourist. Close to all places of interest: the city center, nightlife, several restaurants of different types of cuisine, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport and parks. You will love my place because of the cozy space.
There are three bedrooms giving all the comfort you need to relax and fully recover for the next adventure awaiting for you. There are no noises from the street to ensure you have a great night sleep. The bedrooms have large closets; a full bed in the first, one full and one twin in the second and third bedrooms. There are two full baths, tv room, with netflix, and local channels and a half bath, wifi, dining room, living room with a half bath, and Kitchen with microwave and all the necessary for your stay. Two garages always available
Has excellent connection with public transportation like ECOVIA, (it's going to historic downtown), many lines of buses at 1 block, city touristic bus stop at few blocks.
The quoted price of $60 per night is for two people in the first apartment, with each additional person $10 per night. A $20 cleaning fee would be applied regardless of the # of people. - Optional Daily Cleaning Service Provided (Fee)

Why they chose this property
I like my property because they are in an excellent sector of Quito, very close to everything but at the same time it is very quiet and safe. Has access routes to the main roads and if you do not have a car only half a block away you have several means of transport, which run throughout the city. At 0.4 miles you have the Ecovia station that connects to other bus stations to go to other cities.
The house was remodeled and has large windows that allow a lot of light to enter. It has a nice barbecue space and a Turkish area. It is very spacious and comfortable.
