The ground floor includes a private studio-style apartment with:

En-suite bathroom with jetted spa tub and shower
A washer and dryer are accessible directly through the studio space and are located in the ground-floor garage. The garage offers one parking bay, suitable for a low-profile vehicle due to a ceiling beam just under 5’11”.

Outdoor Space

The home features a spacious beachfront deck with ample seating and direct access to the beach. Recent exterior updates include fresh paint, a new roof, and new garage doors.

Second Floor - Main Living Level

An absolute dream house to rent with direct access to a gorgeous beach. Plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy. My favorite part was the incredible view out the big kitchen bar window while drinking my morning coffee. Perfection!

First, the house is on the beach so that we can wake up to sunrise every morning.Second, the house is large enough that the 11 of us can be together in the main room and kitchen area, or we can have sufficient space for time alone in the large, well-furnished bedrooms.

Right on the beach, house is great size with a space downstairs for the teens to hang out. The kitchen has everything we needed. The house is a little older, but in good shape inside. We hope to visit again!
