Sammy's Place - a home away from Home!

A spacious, bright and modern apartment located on the 5th floor of a new building on a main road crossing in Jal Eldib. It is accessible through the main Jal Eldib Rd, leading off the Marina Highway, and heading up towards the Lebanese University's Faculty of Law. It is on the right corner at the road crossing, with the modern Dahger Bakery located on the ground floor. Everyone knows the bakery. The entrance is behind the building, through the private parking.

The elevator and staircase lead to a private entrance. The apartment lobby leads to the kitchen and utility area to the left, the corridor to the right, and the living, dining hall and terrace, right opposite. The corridor leads to the guest toilet, TV room, study, the Guests' Master Bedroom with its private bathroom, the 2nd Bedroom and its adjacent bathroom. The terrace takes the whole front of the building, with a sweeping 180degree view of Beirut to the left, across the mountain range to the right. The garden and sitting area are suitable for entertaining and having meals.

The apartment is completely finished, with some additions being made as and when guests are not around, not to inconvenience them. All the essential areas are completely equipped and decorated. The apartment is regularly serviced and maintained. It is equipped with all the facilities expected in a luxury apartment.

Guests are kindly requested to ask for orientation regarding all facilities and appliances initially, to familiarize themselves with their uses and house habits, and then they are simply expected to feel at home having access to them whenever required. The building's parking is strictly for the owners' vehicles. Taxis are allowed in to pick up or drop visitors. But visitors' vehicles shall be parked at the public park opposite the building. Visitors are allowed throughout the day, but not allowed overnight unless for rent, and if space is available.
