Tree House - contemporary urban hideaway
Tree House is well located between Rosebank and Sandton. Thus there is easy access to shopping areas, the Gautrain and the best of Johannesburg's restaurants and entertainment. The home is designed by an award winning architect. It is filled with decor accessories, art and design features that reflect the owner's love of art, Africa and travel. It is a tranquil, safe-haven yet in the middle of the buzz of South Africa's business hub.
The ample tree'd garden and warm lap pool provide luxurious relaxation. The home is an entertainer's dream with large, open-plan living-kitchen-dining spaces downstairs. 3 comfortable, spacious bedrooms upstairs in the main house and 4 further bedrooms outside - a cottage and 3 loft bedrooms, all en-suite. All are spacious enough for two people to stay in each room in comfort. Good beds, crisp white linen, plush towels ensure comfort and restful sleeps. The bathrooms all contain spacious showers and two of the bathrooms also have baths.

Why they chose this property
The home is spacious, unique and luxurious. There are architecutral and decor touches that make it a luxurious experience to stay here. It is contemporary, yet located in a traditional suburb with large homes and high walls. The location could not be better. Dunkeld is regarded my most locals as one of the most elite and best located suburbs in the North of Johannesburg. Close to the best restaurants and easy transport routes.
What makes this property unique
The security of this home is excellent. The open-plan living area ensures that socialising is pleasant and comfortable. My best moments in this home are when the entire large family are home and we cook, chat and eat all within the same space.
