a farmhouse nearby the ruins of the ancient city of Filakopi, where the guests can enjoy the gentle and relaxing sound of reeds and sea waves.An ideal place for a 4 person family, 2 friendly couples , or a group of 4 friends.(Also available for 2 persons).Ideal for long stays.



Milos Casa is a farm house of 3.5 acre of cultivated fields and about 0.5 acre of house facilities. Its history begins back in 1920 and during the last 2 years has been totally renovated, retaining its unique traditional old style features combined with modern amenities.

House structure

The facility has a very playful feel and it consists of two main rooms which can be isolated from each other, a W.C , an exterior kitchen and an exterior bathroom. The first room is used as a master bedroom (double bed inside), while the second one, can have multiple uses (2nd bedroom with a double bed or two singles, living room), depending on the number and needs of guests. In each of these rooms air conditioning is included. The W.C. has its own shower and can easily serve basic needs of our visitors, yet for those who prefer to enjoy their shower, while gazing the landscape, there is an exterior bathroom.Next to it, a washing machine is available for washing clothes. An excellent combination of simplicity, elegance and comfort.

A traditional “rustic” oven, which has been restored to a fully equipped kitchen(regular oven, electric glass plates, toaster, gas BBQ, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, medium size refrigerator)
is right next to the main rooms with independent yard. The kitchen comes along with a wooden exterior table and a built-in six-person seat. An ideal spot for having breakfast, lunch or dinner under the shade of a pergola covered with curtains for a more relaxing experience .

Washing machine is available next to the exterior bathroom.

The yard of the place provides its guests with a beautiful and peaceful view of the fields, the dry river beneath the house and the sea sight on the horizon.

Cool off spots

For those who like to lay and swing there is a hammock at the lower garden. An exterior shower near the entrance of the main yard offers a cooling experience during the warm hours of the day.Also 2 exterior fans (one at the kitchen table and another one at the main yard) helps you cool down during the warm days in Milos.

A few more strong points

Milos Casa stands alone, almost hidden, totally surrounded by silence and sounds of nature. Your privacy will not be interrupted by anyone and anything. At the same time, you will be 2,5 km away from Apollonia, one of the most famous traditional villages of Milos (well known for its restaurants, cafés and easy going atmosphere). You will also find yourself very near to all the northern beaches of Milos, such as Papafragas , Mytakas , Pachena , Sarakiniko , Kastanas.

Additional information will be also provided to you about beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, activities, cultural fests, etc.
Breakfast is not included, but during your stay you will have the chance to taste few of our local products such us local food, sweats, fruits and wines.

Please notice that there is a new tax rule from the Greek government named ,climate crisis resilience charge.
