About this property

Beautiful studio at the heart of the city center entirely renovated that can accommodate up to 2 people and 1 child.

It consists of a comfy living room, a bathroom with rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a cosy balcony where you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast while enjoying the view.

The studio appartement is on the 1st floor of a building in front of the Market Place. It is an 8-minute walk from the train station and about 15 minutes walk from the Thermes Chevalley thermal baths. Extremely well located in the city, you can enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood but also the effervescence during the local farmers markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

To welcome you in the best conditions and to ensure your utmost comfort, the amenities at your disposal include:

Lovely studio in fab location

Ideal for a few days away in Aix Les Bains. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching.

Studio flat in centre of town

A neat little studio flat on the 1st floor. Very clean and tidy with sufficient amenities for our needs (2 mature motorcyclists!) Small balcony overlooking the twice weekly market a nice spot to coffee and view the locals. At other times the view becomes a car park, however the flat is less than 50 meters from the main street of Aix les Bains and all its shops and eateries. Supermaket(s) also a short walk away. The town itself is worth a look having a nice park and picturesque lakeside ameneties and is centred in a very scenic area. Chanez in particular worth a visit.,
