About this property

City Center Duplex Apartment, as its name says, is located in very center just few steps away from famous shopping mall TQ Plaza , many restaurants , bars and grocery stores. It is also very close to beachfront and Old Town.
The apartment consists of four bedrooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a large terrace as well, and a parking place in front of the building. The furniture in this apartment is modern and the kitchen contains all necessary kitchenware and appliances. There is LCD TV in the living room with cable channels available. The entire apartment is covered by Wi Fi signal, which our guests can use free of charge. Each room contains AC, so the guests would enjoy their stay here as much as possible.

Appartement Jelica

Bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est bien situé, proche de la plage mais aussi du centre de Budva ainsi que de toutes les commodités. Le parking était un plus pour nous. Coté chambres, elles étaient propres et assez spacieuses pour ne pas se marcher dessus. Le propriétaire nous a même amené une machine à café. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement !

I simply adore travelling and hosting new people! That is how I met some really good friends with whom I am still in touch.

Beside that, I graduated English language and literature, more precisely teaching it. I had wonderful experiences with kids and teenagers while I was working in schools. I also enjoy translating - I had some works considering architecture published in foreign professional magazines.

English is not the only foreign language I speak. I would like to add Polish on that list, as well as Russian. I would also like to find more time to practice Italian - I used to study it, but I haven't practiced speaking it for a long time.

Thing I enjoy most is dancing. I started dancing salsa (Cuban), but later on I switched to Argentine tango. Now, I am one of the instructors at the dance school where I made my first dancing steps. I also had a show performance with live music - tango quintet from Belgrade, as well as on vynilonga - dance night dedicated to dancing with music played on gramophone.

Once you step into apartment you will notice that is not equipped only for renting but for living with all necessary amenities and even more of that. Furniture in living room is very comfortable and of high quality, flat TV screen with cable channels. Full size kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dish washer, dishes, cutlery and crockery.
Dining room is the place where you can have family lunch like at your home.
In bathroom there is washing machine, bathtub, toiletries and clean towels which are changing daily.
Bedrooms are spacious and cozy most with Queen-size bed and one with Sofa.
The best part is the balcony where you can enjoy in beautiful view.

What makes this property unique

COVID-19 update: Montenegro officially declared that in order to enter the country, visitors need to provide negative tests, not older than 48 hours.
The city tax is not included in accommodation price. It is 1 EUR per adult per day and it is obligatory for anyone staying longer than 4 days. If a person travels between cities in Montenegro, city tax should be paid for each city separately.
The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
