Villa “Stevan” is located in an exclusive part of the Montenegrin coast, Sveti Stefan.

The exclusive apartments in our offer are on the first floor of a villa at about 500 m away from the beach. The villa is designed in a distinctive Mediterranean style of stone, while the interior is equipped with exclusive furniture and technology in order to provide guests with maximum comfort.

Apartments are next to each other and have separate entrances. In front of the house is a large plateau surface of 150 m2, with a pool size of 10x3 intended only for guests of the villa.

The pool is equipped with a massage, turbo jet, waterfall, indoor and outdoor lighting and accessories - chairs, umbrellas, towels.

Each apartment has air conditioning, wi fi internet, cable TV and entire villa is covered with video surveillance.

Amazing Villa! Outstanding hospitality!

Everything was great - modern enterior, fully equiped kitchen, spacious rooms and extremely clean bathrooms. And housekeeping is provided every day, free of charge! The pool is great, 10 meters long. The view on Sveti Stefan island from the terrace is breathtaking. Location of the house is perfect - beach is 7-8 minutes by walk, market and restaurant is 1 minute by walk. Hosts are great and carring people - so kind, polite and frendly. They were at our desposal to gave tips and help us anytime. We even recieved a welcome gift - tasty cake and bottle of good Montenegrin wine. I will be back for sure. I will tell everyone about this unique place because this is one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
